Not Calling Police to the Scene
When police respond to a car accident call, they may review the accident scene, speak to witnesses and talk to the drivers involved. In many cases, the police will write a report about the accident and may issue citations if any drivers broke the rules of the road. The accident report and citations could be useful if someone else was to blame for the crash and you wish to take legal action to recover compensation.
